Well, the CAT digging machine has started work at Lot No 1. Footers are to be sunk and filled with concrete in the next ten days or so. Meanwhile, today, rain is falling gently which doesn't help much!
Here is a profusion of flags indicating services such as cable, NYSEG and gas.
The first floor will be quite high above the grade which means there will be a slight incline on the driveway.
